Resource Partner Tutorials

Below is a list of tutorials you may find helpful when updating your Partner profile, adding an event to our calendar + more!


Update Your Profile

Download these instructions (pictures included)

  1. Go to www.IASourceLink.com
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Log In”
  3. This takes you to the Login page. Type in your assigned Username and Password (case sensitive). Select Resource Provider and click “Submit”
  4. You should be directed to your Resource Partner profile page where you can make  edits to your contact and organization information
  5. Also review the types of businesses your organization serves. (See example below.)
  6. Finally, review the services your organization provides. Again, only indicate  “Specialize’ if applicable
  7. Upon reviewing all sections, click the disclaimer box and then “Update My Profile” to  complete

Create an Event

Download these instructions (pictures included)

  1. Go to www.IASourcelink.com
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Log In’
  3. This takes you to the Login Page. Type in your assigned Username and Password (case sensitive)
  4. Select Resource Provider and click ‘submit’
  5. You should be directed to your Resource Partner profile update page
  6. Click on the Calendar tab on the menu bar, then click ‘Create Event
  7. Fill in all the details for your event. Note that fields with an asterisk are required fields
  8. When you are finished, click “Submit”. If your event was submitted successfully, you  will get a message indicating your event is awaiting approval. If not, at the bottom of the  page you will get a message indicating missing required fields
