Ringgold County Development Corporation was organized in 1960 by business/community leaders to promote industrial/commercial development in Ringgold County. RCDC has continued/expanded this focus to meet the ever changing needs of the County.

Ringgold County Development Corporation is organized to strengthen the economic well-being of Ringgold County, Iowa while lessening County deterioration through a commitment to business and industrial recruitment and retention; fostering a teleworking community that encourages professional growth and success; promoting recreation and tourism; and collaborating with local schools and other area resources along with local, regional and state government in order to provide for the betterment of the County.Services Provided
