BioConnect Iowa

The Iowa Innovation Corporation (IICorp) is a 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2011 by the Iowa Economic Development Authority to foster economic development in Iowa through the growth and success of innovative new technology-driven businesses.

About

IICorp has a two-part mission. First, we lead the effort to grow Iowa’s economy through advancements four targeted bioscience platforms: – biobased products/chemicals – digital and precision agriculture – vaccines and immunotherapeutics – medical devices. We seek to do this by improving connectivity across the innovation ecosystem, collaborating with key stakeholders, improving availability of and access to capital investment and ensuring ongoing legislative support in these areas.
