GCED offers chamber of commerce services & economic development resources for individuals, organizations & businesses seeking to start, expand or relocate an existing business to Grimes, Iowa.

About

GCED works with all types of businesses, from start-up to established companies to help them make informed decisions that will impact their future. GCED works on a confidential basis to assist businesses as they gather information on available property options (purchase or lease), local incentive opportunities, and local regulatory expectations. Most of our services are provided at no cost to the people we work with, but rather as a service that we believe will improve an already great community. We have existing relationships with numerous organizations throughout central Iowa that allow us to work in concert with other economic development organizations, should we not be able to provide a necessary service in house. GCED also acts as a membership organization serving the role of a local chamber of commerce. This allows us to have an ongoing relationship with businesses and stay in touch with the local business climate. We hope we have the opportunity to assist you!
