The Iowa Lean Consortium is an outstanding resource for organizations across Iowa seeking to improve their organizational effectiveness. We provide a forum for members from every sector to share Lean best practices and Lean resources, engage in meaningful discussion, participate in workshops, and attend Lean events hosted by members throughout the state. The learning opportunities afforded to members are robust and responses are always overwhelmingly positive. The Iowa Lean Consortium is dedicated to providing organizations across the state with the tools necessary to operate effectively and efficiently.
