Siouxland Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) was formed in 1979 to provide financing to new businesses as well as existing businesses with expansion needs.
About
SEDC is a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors and staffed by seasoned loan professionals. Our three loan programs include the SBA 504 Loan Program for fixed asset financing, the SEDC Revolving Loan Fund for fixed asset financing or working capital needs, and the SEDC Microloan program for equipment financing or working capital needs.Services Provided
