Eastern Iowa Networking Event for Manufacturers
Iowa small business manufacturers or manufacturing support companies are invited to attend the 1st Eastern Iowa Partnership and Networking Event on September 12, 2013 from 1PM-4PM at the Hotel Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids, sponsored by Iowa State University, Extension and Outreach (CIRAS).
This is truly a unique event where companies will learn about the benefits of re-shoring and local sourcing, as well as more specific discussions about teaming and partnering to increase opportunities in Government sales.
Attendees will then have an opportunity to network with other attendees, but in a format different from most events, as they will not only learn the capabilities available from other Iowa companies, but be able to engage in conversations and share best practices centered around some trending topics, not only for teaming but also general business success.
Attendees will walk away with specific tools to consider teaming for future business opportunities, while building their Iowa network of manufacturers.
