ILC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt

$1400Are you ready to move forward in your continuous improvement journey? This virtual, instructor-led Lean Six Sigma course will prepare attendees to perform the role of an LSS Green Belt.
Facilitated by Master Black Belt Tom Lawless, this series of 16 two-hour webinars is formatted in such a way that the problem-solving strategy is demonstrated throughout the course. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Materials represent a comprehensive curriculum covering everything within the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC body of knowledge required to successfully prepare students to achieve Green Belt certifications and performance standards.
By utilizing various statistical and business improvement tools, participants and trainers can clearly see and communicate the flow and process of the methodology to instill both the tactical and strategic aspects of the LSS Green Belt skill set.
This Green Belt course meets the IASSC duration standard of 56 hours of training time conducted either in-class, on-the-job, or some combination thereof. Here is the breakdown:
- Class meets virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 PM to 6 PM
- Classroom hours: 32
- OJT, Assignments, and Coaching hours: 24

COST:
- Green Belt only: $1400 for ILC Members
- Green Belt only: $1750 for Non-ILC Members
- Green Belt and Black Belt Courses: $1800 for ILC Members
- Green Belt and Black Belt Courses: $2250 for Non-Members
