The purpose of this Workshop is to educate you about the legal and financial structures of the the different forms of Business Structures. We will be review the strengths and weaknesses of each Business Form. We will discuss this from both a financial point of view, and a legal point of view. We will answer your questions, and give you the information you will need to choose the right Business Form for your Business.

The Facilitator for this Workshop is SCORE Member Harry Eng, CPA, and Enrolled Agent . Harry will walk us thru the differences in Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, S- Corps, C-Corps, & LLCs
