- Initial Requirements
- Sunday Sales Privilege only extends the number of days on which alcoholic beverages may be sold and served. It is not a stand-alone license. All laws and rules governing the regular license also govern the Sunday Sales Privilege.
- Duration
- Privilege expires with the regular license.
- Processing Time
- 45 days.
- Fee Structure
- The Sunday Sales Privilege Fee is 20% of the basic fee and surcharge for the regular liquor, wine, or beer license (10% of the basic fee and surcharge for 5 day licenses).
