For Iowa native distilled spirits manufacturers. Allows for the manufacture of native distilled spirits for sale to the Division and customers outside of the state. Also allows for the limited sale of native distilled spirits at retail at the native distillery for off-premises consumption.

Applicant Qualifications: 21 years of age or older, U.S. citizen and Iowa resident or a registered corporation, no felony convictions within the past 5 years, good moral character and financial standing as defined in Iowa Code section 123.3(40).
