Shop Iowa
Shop Iowa is a website that connects small brick and mortar retail businesses in Iowa with consumers into one marketplace. To support the state’s retailers during this unprecedented time, Shop Iowa offers the chance to have a presence on an online marketplace for free.

Mask of Wellness
Mask of Wellness is a free program created by David Krupp MD (area ER doctor) and Robbie Schwenker PharmD to help businesses quickly and easily promote the care they are taking to re-open. Business owners can go to and self-certify for free. In just a few minutes, and then access free downloadable flyers, digital badges and more to promote their business as a COVID Conscious Business providing their employees and customers with peace of mind (on mask-wearing policy, hygiene and wellness). The founders have partnered with RAYGUN to provide clings, stickers and t-shirts that are available for purchase (optional).

Iowa Economic Development Authority
The IEDA has created a general guidebook for opening all businesses, checklists for personal service businesses, as well as signage you can use when you re-open.

Greater Des Moines Partnership
DSM Forward is a compilation of playbooks devoted to helping businesses and industries prepare for next steps related to economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. DSM Forward includes industry-specific playbooks with assessments and recommendations — leveraging international, national, state and local sources, and following federal, state and local public health official recommendations — to help guide businesses and organizations as they determine pathways toward the future in an ever-changing landscape.

America's SBDC Iowa
The America’s SBDC Iowa knows the many challenges that small business owners are facing due to the impact of COVID-19. They created a #Back2Biz Guidebook and additional resources as a way to provide helpful information as businesses reopen.

Check out this Industry Resource Hub, full of action plans for small businesses, creative pivots, articles on what's next for various industries, and more! SCORE has also mobilized a new, faster way to work with mentors. This is happening through real time mentoring
