Advance Southwest Iowa Corporation is the economic development arm of Council Bluffs and all of Pottawattamie County.  Advance is also part of the Greater Omaha Economic Development Partnership which is a 7-County regional economic development initiative that focuses on business attraction and retention, site development, entrepreneurship, talent retention and recruitment and diversity and inclusion for the entire region.  Advance partners with numerous organizations in Pottawattamie County and the region to ensure that businesses have what they need to be successful.
