About

Winneshiek County Development has had the pleasure to serve Winneshiek County in Northeast Iowa for over 20 years. Since our creation in 1992, WCDI has had involvement with a number of new business developments, business expansions and small start-ups, bringing jobs to the Northeast Iowa Region. Another focus for WCDI is to help write and administer projects on behalf of Winneshiek County. In recent years, WCDI has brought in capital for a number of community development projects. From water/sewer, new roads, trails, downtown facades, city parks and more. These dollars could not have been netted without a county entity such as Winneshiek County Development, Inc.
