Johnston Economic Development Corporation(JEDCO) is a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to foster economic growth and opportunity in the Johnston community and the Greater Des Moines region.

JEDCO is comprised of Johnston business owners, commercial, residential, and industrial developers, professional firms engaged in activities necessary for development, and other enterprises conducting business in Johnston. Our focus is to continue the growth in Johnston by attracting new businesses and by helping our existing businesses. We work closely with the City of Johnston and can help new businesses get started in our community.
