Who Applies
On- and off-premises liquor, wine and beer retailers who want to sell and/or serve alcoholic beverages from Sunday at 8 AM to Monday at 2 AM.
When To Apply
Before selling and serving alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
Initial Requirements
Sunday Sales Privilege only extends the number of days on which alcoholic beverages may be sold and served. It is not a stand-alone license. All laws and rules governing the regular license also govern the Sunday Sales Privilege.
Duration
Privilege expires with the regular license.
Processing Time
45 days.
Fee Structure
The Sunday Sales Privilege Fee is 20% of the basic fee and surcharge for the regular liquor, wine or beer license (10% of the basic fee and surcharge for 5 day licenses).
