Amy Harris earned her BA from UNI and her doctorate in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. At the Congressional Budget Office, she helped develop the model used today to forecast Social Security finances. In 2006, she joined the Iowa Department of Revenue, working on tax modeling, revenue forecasts, and tax credit program evaluation. Today she is the Administrator of the Research and Analysis Division which is the home of the Tax Credit Tracking and Analysis Program.
Angela Gullickson is a Senior Fiscal and Policy Analyst in the Research and Analysis Division of the Iowa Department of Revenue. She has been with the Department for over ten years after completing her undergraduate work at Marian University in Fond du Lac and her Masters of Science in Applied Economics from Marquette University. Her work has primarily focused on establishing and developing the Tax Credits Tracking and Analysis Program. This work includes forecasting tax credit contingent liabilities and completing evaluation studies of various Iowa tax credits.
