Culture and team development explores the values, beliefs, norms, and behaviors that shape a business's identity, as well as strategies to foster collaboration, communication, and overall effectiveness within teams. Presents the significance of a positive workplace culture, addressing topics such as leadership styles, conflict resolution, and employee well-being. It also delves into the cultivation of high-performing teams through team-building exercises, shared goal-setting, constructive feedback mechanisms, and the development of interpersonal skills.
