Iowa Department Of Revenue Launches Video Tutorials For Iowa Taxpayers
The Iowa Department of Revenue and other state agencies are modernizing technology and processes to better serve Iowa taxpayers. In addition to the launch of the GovConnectIowa portal, the Iowa Department of Revenue added multiple video tutorials to their YouTube Channel.
Previously highlighted in the IDR/IASourceLink Iowa Tax Webinar series, Iowa taxpayers can now visit the IDR YouTube channel to learn best practices for utilizing the Quick File and Quick Pay features within GovConnectIowa. In addition to the Quick File and Quick Pay tutorials, users can browse the channel’s videos covering frequently requested topics such as creating a logon, general navigation, filing a return, and much more!
