Sarah Young, Zing Collaborative
June 25, 2015 from Noon-1pm (central)
Leadership is largely about paying attention - to how we show up, to the words we speak, to the impact we have, to others, and to what is happening around us. The truth is, this can be hard. We are busy. We juggle a lot. We are taking in more information than ever before (there are 40,000 Google searches happening every second). During this webinar, we will explore what it means to lead in a more conscious way by looking closely at the way we show up, the words we speak, and the impact we have. You’ll leave with practical tools you can apply right away.
What you'll gain from this webinar:
- Understand what "conscious leadership" means and how it looks in everyday life
- Specific practices, structures, and routines that will support you leading in a more conscious and compelling way
- Tools and approaches to create a positive impact with other people and in your environment
- Strategies for successfully leading with challenging people and in difficult situations
