So You Are Thinking About Selling Your Business...
Michael Schoville, President, The Business Brokers, Inc.
Presented December 19, 2013 from 12 pm to 1 pm (central)
While many business owners in Iowa are getting close to retirement age, not many have considered putting a succession plan in to place. Now more than ever it’s critical to discuss and learn more about this important topic. When a business sale occurs, it is generally the most significant event occurring in an owner's life. It is important that the sale process happens smoothly with proper pre-planning and that the end result meets the needs of both the seller and buyer. This webinar will cover the do and do not issues surrounding preparing a business for sale and what things you can do now to best prepare yourself for business succession- whenever it may occur.
