7th Annual Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit

7th Annual Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit

The 2014 Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit’s mission is to bring businesses of diverse backgrounds together to share, learn, and celebrate the immigrant entrepreneurship experience and contribution to the overall community.

The Summit will exhibit the success stories of immigrant entrepreneurs. Create true understanding among different ethnic groups and business growth tips are shared among immigrant business owners and the keys to succeed by working with immigrant populations are shared in a creative, competitive, and supportive environment:

“To the participants of IES, whether you are an aspiring, new or established entrepreneur, this Summit offers you workshops and seminars that will arm you with new tools for your business as well as to connect with resources and accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs. Each year over 100 new businesses are started from among the participants of the Summit. Our hope is that next year, you will be among the new businesses formed after your attendance at this year’s Summit.” — Lt. Gov. Reynolds

The Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit will take place Saturday, November 8th in the FFA Enrichment Center at the Des Moines Area Community College Ankeny Campus.
